Mercy Kuruswo 

Mercy has 13+ years of experience working in both the private and nonprofit sectors, specializing in programmes’ management and knowledge management. She has guided many programmes in their monitoring, evaluation, and strategic learning.

She has extensive experience implementing organizational knowledge strategies with a focus on addressing learning and collaboration needs through people-centred approaches. Prior to joining Kennis, Mercy was the Knowledge Management Lead for Trademark East Africa, an international aid-for-trade organisation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.

Mercy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi and various certifications in Knowledge Management, Results’ Measurement and Project Management.
